Overview
Limited Warranty on Service Quality
Traffic Services guarantees that the software will function as described, under normal usage conditions, for a period of seven (3) days from the date of your initial purchase. If you encounter issues with the software during this period, your sole remedy will be either a refund of the purchase price or a replacement of the software, at Traffic Software’s discretion. This limited warranty and any implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are valid for seven (3) days from the original purchase date. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties, so this limitation may not apply to you. This warranty supersedes all other warranties, whether oral or written, express or implied.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund Process
Method of Refund: Refunds will be processed by reversing the original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your card statement.
